Una pregunta, es verdad que bath&body works acepta tus cremas de regreso cuando se hacen feas ósea se echan a perder , huelen horrible y ni un año tengo con ellas.

Golden, flaky, and 100% vegan!! These Nigerian style “meat” pies hit all the flavour notes without the meat but should I be calling them meat pies?? 👀👀👀 INGREDIENTS: The pastry: - 350g plain flour - 190g vegan butter - Pinch of salt - ½ tsp sugar - 50–75ml cold water The filling: - 1 cup dried TVP mince - 1 meat-free stock cube - 1 cup hot water - 1 tbsp avocado oil or vegetable oil - ½ white onion, diced - ½ scotch bonnet, minced - 1-2 potato, peeled and cubed - 1 large carrot, peeled and cubed - 2 tsp curry powder - 1 tsp dried thyme - ½ tsp dried oregano - 1 bay leaf - 1–1½ cups vegetable stock - Slurry: 1 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water (optional if not think enough) Sealing and glazing: - Plant milk METHOD: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, salt, and sugar. Rub together until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Gradually add water until a smooth dough forms. Wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. 2. Add the TVP to a bowl with the stock cube and cover with hot water. Let it soak for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out any excess liquid. 3. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and scotch bonnet, sauté until fragrant. Add the rehydrated TVP and stir well and cook for 3–4 minutes to absorb flavor. 4. Mix in the potato, carrot, curry powder, thyme, oregano, and bay leaf. Stir well, then pour in 1–1½ cups of stock. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. 5. If using stir in the cornflour slurry and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and set aside to cool completely. 6. Remove the dough from the fridge and divide into 4-6 pieces. Roll each piece out on a floured surface. Use a round dish or bowl to cut out circles. Add a spoonful of cooled filling to the center of each circle. 7. Brush the edges with plant milk, fold in half, and press down with a fork to seal. Arrange on a lined baking tray and brush the tops with plant milk for gloss. 8. Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20–30 minutes, or until golden brown. 9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. ENJOY!! #wecookwevibeweeat #nigerianfood #meatpie #pie #fyp
