I still need to know if Patrick was barefoot when the police arrived. Why did he place a phone call about the generic medicine, if he bought the correct one home ? If the kids were eating before you left, and you didn’t mention touching them when you got home, how did the kids plate end up on top of the bag you had just placed on the counter. Why did he change his clothes and shoes ? If you didn’t go out with your wife for y’all anniversary, when was the picture that the prosecutor showed you on the stand taken ? Was that even Lindsay ?

honestly someone should sue Patrick for his negligence. I know he isn't responsible for taking care of anyone but by knowing she was unwell and leaving her with the kids he gave her rhe space to harm the children (which I. still not convinced she actually did but point still stands) that's like leaving a baby in a pond and hoping the baby doesn't drown or get hurt

Even if Lindsay never explicitly told them she was thinking of harming the children they failed to provide her with proper medical care so catastrophically that they should be sued. They failed to screen her for bipolar adequately when the warning signs for that were SO obvious and they prescribed her antidepressants repeatedly that were making her worse. She was clearly manic or hypo manic and that can slide into psychosis easily.
