@jeffranieri: #california #rain Sierra snow 🎃 will happen on #halloween with a slight spotty #bayarea chance and better chances towards SoCal ☔️ the southern jet stream will help increase rain chances by Halloween in SoCal ☔️ the rain line is lifting a bit more north for a few slight Bay Area chances as of 10/28 data ☔️ if that rain line lifts anymore north our SF Bay Area totals will increase ❄️ The Sierra mountain will also see a few inches near Lake Tahoe @NBC Bay Area
