I found my dad 2 years ago. I wasn't told the truth about who my dad was. I sent my dna in looking for family and found my biological dad. Sadly we lost 56 years together due to my mother's secret. My dad never knew about me and never had any other children. I believe things happen for a reason 🥰

A DNA kit is how my son found me. I placed him for adoption and it was closed so I never knee the family’s name or anything about him. He found me through my paternal line and here’s us meeting for the first time since he was 3 days old. This was Sept 2019.

This happened in our family too. My father found his birth father when he was 73, his 93 year old dad had no idea he existed. That was 7 years ago and they are both still in contact, my Grandfather is now 100. We are all so lucky to have got to meet each other 💕
