@ashesartistry444: Joy - at times you may go through seasons where everything is just going wrong, things happening out of nowhere, you may be pushed deeper into solitude, etc. Bottom line is you have to do your best to maintain showing up for yourself and the things that bring you joy in your life when things get tough and pay attention to what you are giving out.
