@evancarmichael: One of the best things you can do for your YouTube channel right now has nothing to do with making new videos. Track your CTR. Split test your thumbnails. Find what works. Then update all your old videos with the winning template. We took one old video from 100 views a day to 15,000 views a day just by testing thumbnails. That’s 900,000 new views when the test was done. YouTube liked what we were doing so much they asked if they could share it with their top creators. It’s always easier to change the packaging of an existing video than to make a brand new one. Stop sleeping on your old videos. They could be your biggest wins. ➝ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 "𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪" 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲. #Believe #EvanCarmichael #YouTubeGrowth #ThumbnailTesting #CTR
