When in contact, father bodies release a chemical that basically turns off our ‘protective’ mode off and go into like a soft mode thus fathers easily drift off to sleep. Baby’s brain also releases chemical letting their little wittle body and mind know they’re safe thus both KO and napping longer 🫶
