@photogsteve81: I'm getting ahead of this tonight due to public interest and concern. My goal is to add logic. While logic doesn't determine right or wrong, it's the starting point to what is or isn't.. While the video is brutal, (brutality also, does not determine right or wrong) rest assured an investigation is being conducted, and more will come out. On the surface it starts as calls for help involving a man potentially trying to get into people's cars as they drive by. While it may also involve a male in crisis, or a male potentially altered, it certainly has the initial components of a volatile situation. Policy and judgement will be tested, as it always is in incidents like this. I'm working on securing more video and angles, along with more detail on the aftermath. Im posting the main video unaltered as I received it. In closing, my work is never intended to weigh in on incidents like this, my work is meant to give the available details without narrative or bias.
