Wrong, Noah needed to bring ever KIND of animal, not every specific animal, (Genesis 6:20). Noah was commanded to bring just the bear kind, which was the Ursidae, which could later modify the modern bears, pandas, etc.

What argument is this? The exegesis of a litteral Global wide flood is taking Genesis too much for its word, many early Church fathers taught Genesis is Alegorical, not to mention many near eastern culture depict a mythologized flooding which some theorize as a preserved memory of the local near eastern cultures. The flood could be localized, we just don't have evidences to make a specific complete truthful claim of the flood. Essentially this argument that Premise a) Bible Claims there was a world wide flood wherein a man built an Ark to contain all the creatures b.)Bamboos spoil within the timeframe of the flood c.) Therefore the Bible lied and God doesn't exist its a slipperly slope honestly.
