Steelers Espresso Martini This is the perfect cocktail for your next Steelers game day! Finished with white chocolate Steelers logo pieces that float on top of the foam and a cocoa powder Steelers stencil for the finishing touch! MAKE SURE YOUR FOOD COLORING IS OIL-BASED. Here’s What You’ll Need: For the espresso martini: * 2 oz vanilla vodka * 1 oz coffee liqueur * 1¼ oz fresh espresso * ¾ oz brown sugar syrup For the Steelers chocolate garnish: * ¼ cup white chocolate melting wafers * Oil-based chocolate coloring (red, yellow, and blue) * Steelers logo printout * Parchment paper * Small plastic bags For the top: * Cocoa powder * Steelers stencil * 3 espresso beans Directions: 1. Melt the white chocolate wafers and divide into three small bowls. 2. Mix each bowl with 1–2 drops of your oil-based chocolate coloring. Spoon each color into the corner of a plastic bag and snip the tiniest opening from the tip. 3. Place a printed Steelers logo underneath a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. 4. Trace the Steelers logo shapes onto the parchment using the printout underneath as your guide. Make a few extras in case any break. 5. Refrigerate until completely set, then carefully peel the chocolate pieces from the parchment. 6. Using a Cricut, cut out a circular stencil with Steelers written through the center, then carefully remove the stencil from the cutting mat. 7. Add the vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, fresh espresso, and brown sugar syrup to a shaker with ice. 8. Shake hard until your hand is freezing, then strain into a martini glass. 9. Place the Steelers stencil over the foam and lightly dust with cocoa powder. 10.
