Strongly disagree with the camera setting. Only YouTube support 4K. Most social media including TikTok and instagram will compress videos to 1080p. Save yourself storage space and keep video quality at 1080p 30 or 60 fps.

Or just do 1080p for data saving and everything is compressed anyways through social media. Plus on iPhone most people can’t tell the difference.
