I think one of the best forms of healing is moving on without hating your ex. You don’t have to turn someone you once loved into a bad person just to justify letting them go. You can be grateful for the memories, wish them happiness, and accept that not everyone is meant to stay. For me, real healing is being able to look back without wanting to go back, choosing peace over resentment, and loving someone enough to let them go without losing yourself in the process.
