Funny. because my friend did the full fitness test and everything passed it all and then they asked him if he had any medical issues and he has a very mild case of asthma. so they denied him. HE ALREADY DID THE FITNESS TESTS WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT 😂

That 25% is spread out between three Forces (Army, Navy and Airforce) from every unit and base across Australia. That number is not evenly spread out, some units would have a higher readiness percentage than others. Most of the Medically unfit for deployment would be Temporary injuries that just take them out of full duties for a couple of days or weeks, some might be broken bones that need time to heal and recovery but can do Light/restricted duties. Some might be just because they weren't able to get a dental appointment at the required time or missed a vaccination that can be easily rectified. This is an individual unit's responsibility and that of an individual service member to maintain.
