So fresh and so festive, this is my drink for a summer Christmas. Send this to whoever's hosting Christmas this year 🎄 CRANBERRY SPRITZ Serves 1 Ingredients 1 shot (about 2 tablespoons) cranberry juice Half a shot (about 1 tablespoon) Aperol Juice of half an orange Juice of 1 lime Ice Sparkling wine to top (Prosecco is my favourite, sparkling rosé this time) Pepper and Me Tequila Sunrise, for the rim (optional) To garnish Rosemary sprig Pomegranate seeds Fresh cranberries, if you can find them Lime wedge Method 1. If you're doing the rim, wet the edge of your glass and dip it into the Tequila Sunrise. 2. Add the cranberry juice, Aperol, orange juice and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. 3. Strain over fresh ice in your glass. 4. Top with your favourite sparkling wine. 5.
