@chineseembassyin_czechia: Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Sino‑Czech‑Slovak Friendship Farm. Seventy years ago, Vice Chairman Zhu De visited Czechoslovakia. The Czechoslovak side gifted 671 sets of agricultural machinery capable of cultivating 7,000 hectares of farmland and dispatched eight specialists, who escorted this aid shipment to China along two routes, north and south. Premier Zhou Enlai personally named the site receiving the equipment the Sino‑Czech‑Slovak Friendship Farm. Over the past seven decades, the friendship between our two peoples has endured and grown stronger with time. The promotional film A Reply Letter Amid the Waves of Wheat recounts, through the perspective of a senior farm technician, the years of hard work side by side with Czechoslovak specialists. The tremendous transformation of the farm over these 70 years constitutes a special reply addressed to our friends and to history.
