True. i have been to Rwanda multiple times. they have absolute rule of law. I went from Kigali to Huye...normally is like twonhour journey but them no born you make you speed pass 60km (some places na 80km). security camera dey watch you. bike na with helmet na offense. zebra crossing is active. cool and calm place.....
