I am writing to formally report a serious food safety incident regarding a meal purchased from the @KFC located at 87-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11372 on June 18th 2026 at approximately 09:58pm. I ordered a chicken pot pie and some nuggets online then picked it up myself at the drive thru window. That was my only meal of the day. While eating, I discovered a foreign object—what appears to be a tag piece of plastic embedded inside the pot pie. Unfortunately, after consuming some of the food before noticing the plastic, I experienced severe diarrhea and gastrointestinal issues. This situation is incredibly distressing and poses a significant health and safety risk. It’s been more than 19 hours and I am still suffering. I have preserved the receipt, photos of the foreign object, and the tag/plastic found inside the pot pie for documentation purposes. Given the severity of this issue, I expect this matter to be escalated to the appropriate management and quality assurance teams immediately. Please let me know how @KFC intends to address this contamination issue and what the next steps are for resolving this complaint. I look forward to your prompt response. #nycfood #kfc #foodsecurity #food #watch
