@speak.with.rashid5: We are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic and mysterious passing of a Bangladesh Air Force lieutenant, whose body was reportedly recovered from the Turag River earlier today. Just a few months ago, we had the honor of welcoming him as a guest on Speak with Rashid. He was a brave soldier of this nation, a man who, despite the circumstances surrounding his position in the Air Force, chose to come forward and speak openly about matters that many others would have hesitated to address. During our conversation, he spoke with remarkable courage, honesty, and conviction about the tragic Milestone incident, his experiences in the Air Force, and the realities he believed deserved to be brought to public attention. Looking back at that conversation today, his words carry an entirely different weight. As people revisit his interview in search of answers and a better understanding of the man he was, we feel an even greater responsibility to honor his memory and the courage it took for him to share his story with the public. It was a privilege to have given him a platform and an opportunity to be heard. We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones. We sincerely hope that the circumstances surrounding his untimely death are investigated thoroughly and transparently, and that the truth comes to light. May he rest in peace. His courage and his words will not be forgotten. —Team Speak with Rashid
