Google play and App Store have security that scrutinize your app for hidden malware before they approve it to even be Apple Store or playstore. If your app have such monitoring, it will fail the initial test.

Though I got your perspective but I'll say it doesn't always work that way, most of this kind of apps are built or closely monitor by government because it involves children and the data of their population, even as corrupt as Nigeria government I doubt they will allow you build such app without their ability to monitor it themselves, don't forget that this top tech company has a government agent working and monitoring all their systems with them, I don't know much but I just say let me drop my own thoughts here and I might be wrong as well, shallom 👏❤️
