I want to have meetings, but people never want to meet up on short notice. They always want to meet like a week or two out. That’s too slow. I think people need to get used to having short micro meetings on short notice when they can 15 to 20 minutes.

Love this. And I hate the reputation that meetings get. Poorly planned meeting on the wrong cadence with the wrong players in the room are a problem. The real issue is that most meetings check off at least two of those.

What do you think of this take: previously, we would produce 1 unit of signal and consume 1 unit of signal. Now we produce 10 units of signal and 10 units of noise, and we use our AI to strip the noise and consume 5 units of that signal. It’s inefficient and lossy, but 5x more signal is happening overall. Personal experience!
