I know it’s easier said than done but don’t be embarrassed. I work in hospitality and see a lot of people with similar skin to you and it never phases anyone, you look beautiful regardless and personality always shines through more than appearance ❤️

Zinc really is amazing, when I was going through a rough time with my eczema I used zinc bandages on my arms and legs. They really helped me. 🙏

hi I used the zinc oinment from Abena, and it has helped when my legs where weeping and i wrapped them in badages at night time, once they were all dried out i started using skin repair x collodial oatmeal, then put on cerave moisturising cream which is helping it tremendously now, hopefully it stays like that, ive tired so many different combinations, ive got eczema on my legs and back and arms 😕
