I get exactly what you mean, im autistic and im struggling to navigate endo, pmos,Adenomyosis plus all other health issues. I think everything is related in a way and being neurodivergent just makes it more frustrating. I keep saying oh when im better I will do this and that or to have something positive at the end but in reality we have to accept it that this is who we are but not wait arround. you arnt alone this happens to most people in our situation xx

Oh I feel this! It’s so frustrating and a never ending battle. I’m pretty sure the admin makes it worse as it raises my anxiety and I try to avoid it which clearly isn’t helpful x

It's an absolute madness hun, but I woild suggest if you can, try and get a therapist (I know they're pricey) BUT they'll way how they put things into clarity sometimes.
There needs to be a team for women who can advocate on their behalf like we have sendias for SEN support.
FYI for the adhd try to contact sendiass or your local offer to get more support. x
