@sara_bami: Me and Hisham are no longer together. I know many of you have been wondering what happened, and I feel like I owe an explanation to those who have followed us since day one. I don’t want to leave you wondering or create room for assumptions. As many of you may have noticed, I moved out more than a month ago. This decision came after a long period of reflection, difficult thoughts, and things I had to process privately. It wasn’t a decision made out of anger or because of one particular moment. I know some people will say, “But what about your son? You should have stayed together for his sake.” But no one wants Ayan to be happy more than I do. Every decision I make, I put him first. And I believe he deserves a mother who is emotionally present and at peace with herself, he deserves to be raised by the best version of me , just as he deserves the best version of his father. Sometimes, loving your child means making difficult decisions you never imagined you would have to make. Ayan will always have both of his parents, and he will always be loved. That will never change. I also want to make it clear that this announcement is not about blaming anyone, exposing anyone, or asking people to take sides. Some things are meant to remain private, and I intend to keep them that way. There are two people involved in this situation, and a little boy whose peace and happiness matter more than anyone’s curiosity. To everyone who has supported us from the beginning, thank you for the love you have shown our family. Right now, I am choosing healing, peace, and a new beginningdedicated only to my son and I. I am moving forward with faith in Allah, trusting that what is written for me will find its way to me. Please be kind with your words, and don’t turn this into a reason to attack either of us.
