It’s business or market dependent. Some market actually requires you have registered business,logo,office location and website. These days social media bundles before they can trust you enough to commit . Some customers do a lot of due diligence with these information before they try your product

Not all businesses starts from the same journey. At least a business needs something to show it worth. So it either you have web presents or something similar or undercharge/free to build portfolio. There are some businesses customers won't even give you chance if you've got nothing to show for it.
