one thing I have realized when pumping just don't stress yourself sana..like you want to pump ujaze hizo chupa..take it easy and trust me maziwa hutoka, but the moment your mind connects you are stressed maziwa hupotea

Si advise but Grounded baby have very nice dish soap for baby's bottles and pumps. Also their laundry soap and fabric softener!.

pump when baby is breastfeeding, and pump at the same time everyday. take in fluids alot and just pump when boobs are full

hiyo ni mingi... ata kama umepata 1 ounce you're doing great, as long as you're pumping for storage you'll just have to label the date and time, imagine if you pump thrice or four times a day, those are four ounces, and you are good to go... the following day with more pumping, utapata uko na 3 ounces or more per pump
