We also spent a lot of the 20th century sending the healthiest boys to war, who returned as traumatized men that couldn’t properly integrate back into normal society. Those people went on to be parents and here we are now.

This is true because one of the reasons why our species has survived so long is because of the fact that women chose better men to reproduce with and not only that but the reason why we do have people who have a calm temperament is because women would reproduce with those men

I 100% agree. I also think that's why woman are on average more attractive. I'm biased as a lesbian. but genuinely it feels like every woman is beautiful. and then only some guys are attractive. but it makes sense because women were usually relying on attractiveness get a husband who could provide a good life

being effin saying this!! not everyone needs or should be having kids and get married that should absolutely not be a milestone everyone needs to fulfill. people need to be happy being single, being childfree. that should be the default.

There's actually physical evidence of this right now. because people were forced to have children at a young age. Their body didn't properly develop, leading to some genetic issues down-the-line. And we're seeing that now, and people are surviving it, because we have the medicine we have now, and that is our hips are not developing properly. Our hips are not widening enough, and we're seeing more of this. Where people can't deliver naturally because of it.
