@vickybahi508: Putin Hosts Africa: 48 Countries Land in Moscow! WATCH TILL THE END! Watch till the end. Dozens of African leaders have just landed in Moscow, and Vladimir Putin is rolling out the red carpet for all of them. This is the third Russia-Africa Summit, held at the Grand Kremlin Palace on the twenty eighth and twenty ninth of October. Delegations from forty eight African countries are taking part, and twenty two of them are led by their heads of state, according to Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov. The summit is co-chaired by President Putin and Burundi's President Evariste Ndayishimiye, the current chairman of the African Union. The official theme is developing mutually beneficial cooperation, and unlocking the potential of every African country. More than forty sessions and around one hundred speakers will cover trade, investment, technology transfer, food and energy security, healthcare, education and youth exchange. The guest list reads like a who's who of African politics. Egypt's President el-Sisi, Rwanda's Paul Kagame, Kenya's William Ruto, Ethiopia's Abiy Ahmed, and Ghana's John Dramani Mahama are all in Moscow. Ushakov said the summit attests to the special importance Russia attaches to its relations with African countries, built on friendship, mutual respect, equal rights and solidarity. The Kremlin says a joint declaration is expected, plus a separate communique on artificial intelligence. This follows earlier summits in Sochi in twenty nineteen and Saint Petersburg in twenty twenty three. So, is this the start of a deeper partnership, or just diplomacy for the cameras?
