@glutenfreewithmegss: Let’s talk about eating at McDonald’s as a coeliac! 🍟🍔🫶🏻 I get asked about this quite a bit, so I thought I’d share what you can order at McDonald’s in the UK and what to be aware of! There are quite a few items that don’t contain gluten ingredients, including fries, hash browns and certain burgers, but as it’s not a gluten free kitchen, there is always a risk of cross contamination! ❤️ As always, check the latest allergen information and speak to staff before ordering. And remember, if you don’t want to eat somewhere that isn’t 100% gluten free, that’s absolutely fine! Equally, if someone else feels comfortable eating there, that’s fine too.
