My father passed away just before the job action,and I was out on bereavement. During this time of bereavement NYSDOCCS cut my health insurance because they said I was part of a job action costing me thousands in medical and costing me a $1,000 fine from the state also.

I was out of work on my doctors orders and ordered into work under threats of termination. I was out on a workers related injury and they still sent me down back to work. Have the phone call recorded and all. Nothings been done yet about it.
