I did the same but with a black bra - I took a gold necklace and looped it through the button and button hole of the jacket so that it kinda kept the jacket partial closed - people loved it

This is 10000% something I would do. I once met the new director of a department I was working in with a toothbrush in my bra because I had gone to brush my teeth before meeting her, came back in, saw her sitting at the meeting table and panicked so quickly stuffed my toothbrush and mini toothpaste in my bra and went to meet her.
