@sheriff.oborevwori: Today marked another important transition in the Delta State Civil Service as I swore in Dr Charity Igho Babigha-Ehimen as the new Head of Service (HoS) at Unity Hall, Government House, Asaba. At the event, I thanked the outgoing Head of Service, Dr Minimim Oseji, for her dedication and service to our state. In my remarks, I charged the newly sworn-in Head of Service to work closely with Permanent Secretaries and heads of agencies to improve service delivery, promote discipline and accountability, and ensure that public resources are used wisely. I urged civil servants to give the new Head of Service the support she needs to succeed. I also tasked Dr Babigha-Ehimen with leading with fairness, humility and integrity, assuring her of our support. Once again, congratulations to the new Head of Service.
