The beating is so wrong and the fact that it's a driver behind the wheel makes it very bad. I know some ignorant fools will come for me but what I said is right...the statement " obey before complain " which somehow is in accordance with the officer's action is a condition that should happen only in the military and not levelled to mere civilians... we have tolerated such indecent and unscrupulous behavior of some military officers that today we see it a norm which has been accepted by society.. Civilians may be wrong and unlawful at times but can we boldly say brutal actions by most military officers are the right responses??? THE HIGHEST LAW OF THE LAND (GHANA) HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE RULE OF LAW(CONSTITUTION. LET'S BE GUIDED
