you can have that skill base with a degree too. It's not exclusive to graduates or non graduates, that's why you need to have proper recruitment processes.

Claude can write the report. It can't be the person a client trusts when the report turns out wrong. That bit gets earned slowly, and no university hands out a certificate for it.
