@nymag: On October 27, Oren, Alon, and Tal Alexander were each sentenced to 30 years in prison for sex trafficking. At almost every milestone of their decade of luxury-real-estate success, there is now an allegation of assault — by Oren, or Tal, or Oren and Alon, or Tal and Alon and Oren. And the allegations go back to 2003, when the brothers were in high school. More than 70 women told prosecutors they were raped by the brothers, sometimes as a pack. Eleven testified at trial. Bridget Read and James Walsh’s reporting, at the link in our bio, was the basis for The Wolves of Real Estate, a three-part docuseries now on Peacock, produced by Vox.
