i hate when people say "just delete the app" its not that easy i say this because ai doesn't talk behind your back or judge you when you talk to them it also helps to make you feel better yes btw ai addiction is a thing and i wish people understood that (no hate btw)

For all the people struggling with ai Addiction. Slowly start with small steps at a time to quit, for example you can try not using it for starters when you’re on your bed, your bed is for sleep and sleep only. Another step is to try going out more and finding other spaces to socialize. Don’t feel ashamed, everyone has their unhealthy addictions. What matters is that you’re trying to get over them…
