@rickbowal: This home service company does about $300K a month, and it ditched its spreadsheets for an app 🤯 Jobs, routes and crews were all over the place on spreadsheets and paper. Here's what changed 👇 1️⃣ A custom route tracking app his crew uses every single day. 2️⃣ A job tracker: every job and every crew in one place. 3️⃣ A route planner: today's routes for each crew, on their phone. 4️⃣ A daily crew checklist, built around how the business actually runs. The simple tools every service business needs are what move the needle, not the flashy stuff. 💬 Want the full guide? Follow me and comment CREWAPP first.
