When Queen Elizabeth visited Guyana in the 1960's , she visited L.B.I where the whole of East Coast haf the opportunity to see Her Majesty. She even visited the prison. She ordered some prisoners ( charged for murder) to be released with immediate effect after listening to them. I live in L. B. I. and can relate exactly what took place then.
