I remember in middle school I mixed milk and hot sauce in the toilet and I think the smell was so strong I got nauseous and had projectile vomit…so success I guess? Was horrible though

I mean you don’t really need to be displaying you’re sick outwardly, nobody can argue that you have a headache or if you’re having like cramping or something like that. if they ask like crazy serious questions tho don’t say yes or its AWFUL bc then obviously they’ll take u more seriously and want u to go in for further testing and stuff. But if this is for getting out of school id just say a headache and nobody ever questioned me, same with “really bad cramps” id just say it’s isolated to that day only and that it wasn’t a prolonged issue bc i obviously didn’t want a referral elsewhere

Honestly, you’re fine unless you go to a hospital usually doctors from clinics go by what you say as well so even if there’s no symptoms of you being sick internally, they still will agree with you half the time
