And yet- I didn’t marry someone who shared the culture that I hold so dear. When it came to marriage, finding a truly good person came first 🤍 I married an incredible person who respects my background and culture, celebrates it, and understands how much it means to me, all non-negotiables for me 🇦🇫 Drew has wholeheartedly embraced every part of Afghan culture and has a deep appreciation for it all, from the food to the music to the family gatherings.
