@beardownbuzz_bk: Over the past few weeks (and months) Bears fans, me included, have been clamoring for Ryan Poles to make a move to improve the defense. He made some good free agent signings and draft picks but we didn’t have a star and now we do! Ryan Poles goes all in to get one of the best DTs in the league, Jeffery Simmons! It cost the Bears 2 1st rounders and a 4th rounder, which does sound like a lot, but with the team’s trajectory, those first rounders would’ve been in the mid to later picks anyway, so to get a game changer on defense is well worth it and now the Super Bowl window is well and truly underway! As always check out the Bear Down Buzz for further analysis on this trade and stay tuned for my Seahawks game preview. Bear Down!!!! (and thank you Ryan Poles) #chicagobears #nfl #trades #fyp
