@henry.ideas: Under paragraph L8.4, the Home Office gives an example of a business with no meaningful customer transactions, mainly funded by related companies or private investors. It explains why such evidence may fail to establish active trading. Under paragraph L8.12, Example 3, the Home Office specifically identifies proposed sponsored salaries that appear inconsistent with the company's turnover or financial circumstances, where the employer cannot satisfactorily explain how the salaries will be funded sustainably. The question is not simply whether you have £30,000 or £50,000 sitting in your business account. The question is whether you can demonstrate genuine business operations, genuine vacancies and a credible ability to pay the salaries you are proposing. If you are asking for four CoS, be prepared to explain why your business needs four workers and how those jobs will be sustained. Educational business-side commentary. A refusal must be assessed against the actual Home Office decision and evidence. Immigration advice on an individual application should be obtained from an appropriately authorised adviser. #HenryIdeas #HorebLimited #SponsorLicenceUK #UKSponsorLicence #CertificateOfSponsorship
