My road has been under construction for seven months. Four different construction crew swaps yesterday I walked outside two of them were laying down on the concrete on their phone and the other two in the truck on the phone.

ugh I work with a male who doesn't do shit and all the women around cover for him, while I call him out. They complain about him to me and amongst each other but yet don't do anything. I started mirroring his behavior/excuses, if he says he can't do x&y because of z, I also can't.
