@kristenbarbar: Robert Kessler appeared to be sleeping in the jail as he appeared on Zoom Thursday. He woke up and the judge, again, asked if he wanted to come to court and attend his murder trial. He declined for the third day in a row. This week, Kessler went from asking for a cheesesteak in exchange for a guilty plea to representing himself during jury selection to no longer wanting to attend his trial. Kessler is accused of killing 47-year-old Stephanie Crone-Overholts, cutting up her body and throwing the pieces in McKay Bay.
