Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and easygoing. Every dish tasted like it came straight from a family kitchen, the kind of meal that reminds you of your mom’s or grandma’s cooking. Even better, everything is made fresh in-house from scratch. We tried the Mango Hoja Santa and Flor de Jamaica Collins, then shared the Tinga Empanadas, Telas, Memelitas, Cochinita Pibil, and Beef Birria Plate. And don’t skip dessert—the fresh churros with house-made lechera, chocolate, and strawberry dipping sauces were the perfect ending.
