@unhingedrantsyoda: #90dayblackout #griddown

Me3 :

A solar powered jacket is a smarter idea.. it’s what we use in Florida during hurricane blackouts.. they are silent

Kayla-Coomes :

Solar Jackery

Danny Rodriguez :

Truth is, IF it gets to the point where grids really go out, it's the beginning of the end. Life will never be the same. All the preparation in the world won't matter.

Ray :

Retired military here. There are a lot of ways to muffle the sound of a generator.

Flossie :

Who tf got generator money in this economy?

Clayton Wheat :

People just don’t understand what would actually happen in full grid shutdown for weeks or months. It will become like mad max beyond thunderdome. If you’re not prepared to do bad things, bad things will be done to you.

blusilver :

People are way more cooperative than movies make you believe. There is a reason we have survived. It’s not by holding out against others.

Gemini♊️queen777 :

Well I’m cooking pots of beens on the fire pit and feeding ppl as long as I can rice n beans 💙

AC :

Honestly it’s fine for the first few days. Then solar generator is where it’s at

Okayest Dadd :

Pro Tip: Build a fake dog house big enough to keep the generator in and line the walls with 2" thick foam insulation. It'll muffle the sound tremendously.

Kayleigh Langford :

I have an electric generator and a 400w portable solar panel

OMG :

they just want you to buy stuff 🤣

user876435764 :

After a few days the fuel is empty anyway. You pissin up a rope w anything gas operated

JeepMama83 :

If you live in the boonies it’s perfect

Shay 🤎📖🏹🩺 :

Solar powered generator by natures generator!

Pam_A :

In some places generators are the norm. We have a whole house generator. It’s not uncommon.

Sweetlittlething75 :

Exactly!

Jennifer Brien PA-🌴🇺🇸Gen❌ :

For sure 😂😂😂

Tiffani❌️ :

I live off grid in a very rural area on big island. . 15 thousand gallon rainwater catchment tank with uv filtration whole house system , propane for the hot water heater and oven, my garden, and a backup electric grill in case i ever run out of charcoal or propane and i cant get more. Its taken me years to finish my set up but im finally finished

Calypso Oceanus :

solar generators and the wind up generators.

cat.in.the.corner :

And the houses with the solar panels on the roof will be a top choice for neighbors.

Lynn :

In our neighborhood whole home generators are so common

🦝 PJ THE TRASH PANDA 🦝 :

so are lights on in your house so either way they will know you have power, generator or no generator.

bm.dubb.ya :
