It looks like ur foundation is setting/ catching onto dry patches on ur skin. I’d try exfoliating ur skin by using a wet micro-fiber rag or just a normal rag by rubbing it in a circular motion on ur face (or any direction lol), it really helped me!

i like it! if you have a dry skin type it probably wouldn’t work well it’d assume or maybe you used too much. too much excess powder and it not being applied evenly can also cause this too i’d say
