u guys really need to brush with zinc citrate, floss every day, and actually go see a dentist for cleanings. ik it's tedious af, but fr my bad breath turned out to be the beginning of periodontitis, my teeth are so much better now that i actually stick to a routine!

I just found out from a friend that I've been dealing with bad breath for years. I'm honestly so shocked—why did nobody mention this sooner? I've been religiously using mouthwash and chewing gum, but clearly, it's not enough. What am I missing here?

I’m no expert on bad breath, but my two cents on anyone struggling with it is to start brushing your tongue. If your young looks pale and maybe even white, that’s plaque and it causes bad breath. You can scrape it off with your tooth brush—depending on the type you have it might have ridges on the back designed for that—or you can buy a tongue scraper. Even if you don’t see a lot of or even any plaque, I still recommend brushing your tongue just for general hygiene

If anyone struggles with bad breath, WASH YOUR TOUNGE. If it looks pale-ish, that stuff is plaque and it causes bad breath. So when you brush your teeth, also brush your tongue and it might help
