I did some research not too long ago, apparently there are multiple systems in use now in addition to the Helios installed on the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS Preble, with more of said destroyers in production . ODIN (Optical Dazzling Interdictor, Navy) Deployed across multiple DDG-51 class destroyers (with around 8 operational systems) . and Locust Laser Weapon System, Tested and fielded aboard the USS George H.W. Bush (CVN-77).
