I really enjoyed the books, it was my intro into dark romance I remember finishing the first book and not being sure if I wanted to continue but SO glad I did bc the 3rd &4th books are some of my favorites, I reread every year before Halloween

I tried and genuinely hated it. I hated the way Michael talked to Erika, I hated the revenge idea. It was the ONLY Penelope Douglas book I’ve read so far that I said ‘I don’t like this at all.’

Girl I read the first book and it was boring and trust I’ve read so many dark/pitch book but this series was not worth the hype. Damon was the only good thing about it lol and I only made it a few chapters into his book being calling it quits.
