I didn't expect to wake uo to fighting words this morning. But, yeah, healing that wound in a life-long process. I even had a stepdad that stepped up and was an amazing dad, but the rejection from my biodad is still a wound I will always carry. Even when I know in my soul it is illogical, it is still there.
